Software release date, new features, enhancements and bug fixes

v2.07	June 2020	When in Proportional mode, the initial starting angle adjustment now begins at 0 degrees, where as before, it started from 3 degrees. So this is an increase in resolution/adjustment capability. This release also resolves a networking issue if more than one Follow on Tiller product is connected in the system. We found that more than one unit could prevent them communicating correctly. This fixes this issue.
